All works hand built using coil, pinch and slab techniques. Works carved or otherwise worked at leather hard. Some works are burnished, others incorporate post fire scraffito or slip painted design. Works may include inlay of bone, shell or polished woods, some include embellishment of muka fibre or feathers.

Firing methods include wood firing, Raku, pit and sagar firing and post fire reduction techniques.
